Still keeps the shamrock for Irish pride.

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

Looks a lot fresher than the current one.

Kinja'd!!!

Also seems to feature IAG’s Eurowhite hue, also seen on Iberia and BA aircraft.

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

New AL colors are also present on Level planes.

I think I prefer the old, but new one isn’t bad by any stretch.

Are you blasted by Irish rock music when you step on the plane? I hope they have real harp or Guinness on those planes.

Never actually been on a AL flight, but I’m looking forward. I know there’s a direct flight between Málaga and Dublin . Might give it a shot, soon.

And that’s why the A330F needs to have this ugly growth by t he nose gear. Cargo planes don’t work that well when the pallets all slide forward into the cockpit...

Would look better with some orange here and there, you already have the white and green

It’s hard to see without other planes in formation, but the B-52 is designed to fly with a nose-down attitude in level flight , a side effect of the fact it is supposed to takeoff and land without rotating (pointing it’s nose up) :

But does that modernize the design and reflect their value carrier proposition ?

huh... thats odd

is that because of the ridonculously large load of kablooey it might be holding?

IIRC, you are on the right track. I think it had to do with positioning the landing gear so they wouldn’t be in the way of the bomb bay. That also meant the gear had to be smaller, which in turn meant that it had to stay flat, so that it wouldn’t put too much weight on any given set. Because it had to stay flat on takeoff the wing had to be pointed upward so it could generate enough lift, which in turn meant to have a level wing in level flight, it needs to nose down a bit. Aside from that there are visibility benefits, having the plane stay level makes it easier to see the runway on landing. This is the reason the F-8's wing could tilt, it let it keep its nose lower at a given speed, helping pilots see the carrier deck while going slow(ish) instead of needing to nose up to slow down and only being able to see the sky :

Marketing g obbledygook. My design matches the orange of the Irish flag, and gives it a much needed contrasting point of interest. I can’t imagine that people equate light green with saving money in a country where money isn’t green.

Isn’t the bright electric green meant to be the same color as the shamrock? To better tie the design together.

It is the same color, and I agree that it helps when the two match. My argument is that you need something contrasting for focal interest. It’s just too much the same color.
